BARGAINS TO BE HAD!
Rockport, Tx Real Estate is alive and well! Despite our reputation as a wonderful vacation and retirement spot, there are properties in all price ranges. In fact, there are bargains available, although they don't always last too long in this popular market. This week I have been showing several clients homes and I saw several properties that are very well priced for our market. One property in particular caught my eye - it is a roomy brick house, 1700 SF, a large double lot with many trees, wonderful neighborhood for only $139,000. What's the catch? Nothing at all. The owner had lived in the house for years and it needs some updating and work. You could certainly live here while you were doing the updating - a little at a time as the budget and energy permit.
