SUMMERTIME AND THE LIVIN' IS EASY really applies to Rockport, Tx. The sun shines, the breeze blows and everyone relaxes. Friends from all over seem to make their way to us during the summer - who would not welcome a reason to visit the coast and escape the stifling city heat. Friends are always welcome and it gives us a reason to fire up the BBQ and have impromptu parties to welcome them to town. Nothing like food and drinks under a starry sky enjoying an evening with friends. Entertaining friends is easy here as there is lots to do in addition to the required shopping, eating and napping. I usually like to send them to visit the Lexington and the Texas State Aquarium both located within 30 minutes of Rockport. The Ferry ride to Port Aransas is always popular with visitors. Sometimes my more spirited guests enjoy a kayak tour of Lighthouse Trails easily arranged with Slow Ride Guide Service from Aransas Pass.
Entertaining in this relaxed way still allows me to show property and help clients find their dream home so they too can enjoy the Rockport lifestyle.
