Life is Good In Paradise!

Spring is a time of rebirth and growth and we are certainly seeing that in the real estate business in Rockport! Business is brisk and only land and lot sales remain a little slow. The first signs nationally that the recession is easing are certainly making buyers and potential buyers feel better about making purchases. Buyers are looking for prime properties, seeking bargains and finding just the right properties for vacation or retirement. There is a nice inventory of homes and condos in all price ranges and in all neighborhoods. I really think we have the best selection of homes in the last ten years. Lenders are making home loans to qualified buyers - if you need a referral to a local lender let me know.
